Andreas Oasis is an incredible 9,000 square foot home built to help you live out your dream vacation and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. Just a short ride to the Coachella Music Valley, this oasis is a mountain escape like no other.
As you walk in, you are greeted into the informal sitting area. With two oversized leather chairs and an oversized sectional that can easily accommodate 10, you can sink into a comfortable conversation while enjoying the breeze from the wall to wall sliding patio doors. Right off the informal sitting area, pour yourself a drink and make your way to the formal sitting area. Two large leather recliners can ease you back, while you put on your favorite channel.
Right off the main area is the gourmet kitchen. You can play host while 6 of your closest friends sit at the kitchen bar to watch you utilize the high-end Sub-Zero appliances. The 10 person formal dining table offers a better conversation layout with a view of the mountains while you dine.
If you're ready to retreat, the master bedroom will allow you breathing room with its two-story ceiling and high windows to let in lots of natural light. The comforting king becomes even cozier when you turn on the in-room fireplace to fight any night chill. In the master ensuite, you're also rewarded with Ritz-Carlton like amenities. With 24" granite tiles, glass walls, and a bathroom television you're bathed in all the luxurious features you need to start or end your day.
The additional guest bedrooms feature ensuite baths and take after the master in design, showcasing granite features and sliding door access to the outside living space. The Tower rooms are an additional treat with amazing views of the valley, all located on the third floor of the tower. The house connects as a whole through the garage, easily giving you access through the main house and the tower for an easy connection to everything this home has to offer.
With direct access to the outdoor living area, the recreation room is one area you can really enjoy yourself. The full sliding doors can open the area to extend the space and view the beautiful mountain sunsets. Play billiards and watch the game while a friend tends to the downstairs bar.
With all the amenities of a luxury hotel and the exclusivity of a mountain enclosure, we guarantee you'll have an unforgettable time.

Great stay in Thousand Palms!
The house in Thousand Palms was huge! It had spectacular views and a wonderful pool. The house and property are very large and can accommodate a ton of people. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely book a trip with Utopian again.

Excellent spot with one of a kind prvicay
Palm Springs is an excellent place for a getaway, but It is VERY hard to find a private home in the area. Most homes are right on top of each other. This home is perfect for people who want to be able to have a getaway experience without worrying that the neighbors are going to be right on top of you. I've actually never stayed at a place quite like it. Thanks again!

Wonderful week at Andreas Oasis
Our family usually spends Thanksgiving week in MX but 2020 had us altering our plans. We decided to rent a house that would give us a 'resort' feel. Andreas Oasis did not disappoint. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for our group of twelve. The house is so spacious that we all had plenty of room. But for us, it was all about the outdoor space. The pool, hot tub, slide, waterfalls......it all was so perfect for everyone. And the grandchildren loved all the green space to play soccer and the concrete to ride their bikes. The outdoor furniture was plentiful for a large group and so comfortable. It was wonderful to sit outside in the morning and watch the sunrise. We had a roadrunner visit us daily as well as bunnies and a few coyotes in the distance. The location is perfect. You feel removed from everything but only 10 minutes from stores, Costco and restaurants. Finally, the personal concierge was wonderful. Every small issue or question taken care of immediately. We loved everything about Andreas Oasis.

Picturesque home with incredible amenities
We recently returned from a stay at this beautiful home for my sister's bachelorette party and we had the best time! The team was incredibly responsive to all of our needs, the pool area felt like a resort and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wow - what an amazing property! I booked this house for ~14 girls and we had the BEST weekend. There was plenty of space inside and outside for everyone to spread out. Everything worked perfectly.
Kristina, the property manager and I texted before and on the day of arrival. She was there to greet us when we drove in, and gave a wonderful house tour. Everything worked perfectly so there was no need to contact her again until we left. Excellent organization, cleanliness and service! The house was divided up just right for us: the 20-something grandkids took the 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and the parents and grandparents were in the main floor. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathrooms. The pool/hot tub/slide was super fun as was the BBQ. We so enjoyed our wonderful dinners on the patio. Thanks again - it was an excellent family vacation.

Very spacious house
We loved our short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only thing I would recommend would be in the kitchen, needed some more utensils like spatulas and spoons, forks, etc. house has a great sound system, heated spa was a nice size for our group. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect house, perfect location. Exquisite!!
We stayed at Andreas Oasis for a family 80th birthday celebration. We had 6 families with a total of 5 kids. The house speaks for itself….completely spectacular. Great layout, well-stocked kitchen, unbelievable view. It fit all of us very nicely—we LOVED that every room has its own attached bathroom! Made sharing spaces with all those families very easy. Plenty of places around the house and outdoor areas to spread out—privacy for the quiet ones, common spaces for the extroverts, and everything in between. The kids spent the entire trip on the waterslide. We also got a lot of use out of the pool table. Kristina was AMAZING!! I asked her if she had any games and cards….she brought a huge bag of them, with a bag of prizes for all! I asked her for air mattresses for the kids, and she brought me four! We have wonderful memories from our trip. Really no complaints whatsoever. Highest recommendations for both Kristina and the house!!

Amazing house amazing service!
The Andreas Oasis was a fantastic house for our recent annual golf reunion! All the bedrooms were ensuite, the social areas were great for watching sports and movies and the game room was great. The pool and spa were perfect after a day on the course. Finally, Kristina and the service team were awesome checking us in, and supporting us during our stay. We will definitely stay there again!!

AMAZING Property @ Andreas Oasis!
Andreas Oasis was the nicest rental I've ever booked for such a large group! We originally wanted to go out and explore the surrounding city, but once we arrived at the house we shifted gears entirely to just stay on the property the entire trip. So much space, lots of nice details covered, and the communication from the concierge team was outstanding. They even helped us order in a meal delivery from a vendor. Every single person had an amazing time!

PRIVATE OASIS
This truly is a private oasis... amazing views of the Coachella Valley with complete privacy. Perfect getaway for a large group. The house has everything you could need, super comfortable beds, lovely linens, well stocked kitchen, pool toys, etc. Enough room for privacy if you want quiet time and large spaces for your group to congregate.

STOP LOOKING.....THIS IS YOUR HOUSE!!
If you have stumbled across this property for rent in Palm Desert/Palm Springs area, just stop looking. Pick a date and BOOK IT, I promise you will not regret it. We had the pleasure of staying in this extremely private desert oasis for 10 amazing days. I already miss it. If I could give it 5 more stars I would....and they would all count for the cleanliness, privacy, and views this house maintains. It's like driving up to your own private hotel. You want it? This house has it! I can safely say that we are a "high standard" family when it comes to booking a place for all 12 of us. From 4 years old to 60, absolutely everyone had an amazing vacation. If you get the pleasure of working with Lynn, sit back and relax!! She took care of everything from coordinating our 4 golf bags to and from, to setting up a private chef and a yoga instructor. She was responsive and seemed to know exactly what kind of vacation we were looking for. The one and only issue we had was deciding how in the world we were going to top this for our next family vacation.

The PERFECT Girls Trip
We had a wonderful stay at the Andreas Oasis for a bachelorette party. We had 18 women and had plenty of room for all of us. Lynn was extremely helpful before, during, and even after our stay. From helping us find transportation to buying an Apple TV for us to use at the house to bringing extra toilet paper, the service was top notch. The pool and the view were totally breathtaking, as was the rooftop. The house was really a showstopper for all our friends. I'd highly recommend a stay at Andreas Oasis!
