This recently-remodeled contemporary home overlooks the green of the 17th hole of PGA West’s prestigious Tom Weiskopf Private Course. Enjoy this home with up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, 3 full and one-half bathrooms in 3,500 square feet.

Step into the spacious and private gated courtyard with a central fountain and desert décor. Enter through the exquisitely etched front door and be delighted by the inviting open floor plan. From inside the main living area with a gas fireplace, enjoy a clear view of the palm trees and verdant golf course. Relax in the plush sectional sofa in front of a large flat screen TV or lounge in the private backyard patio and pool. The neighboring gourmet kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with two ovens, an adjoining wet/breakfast bar and a kitchen table that seats up to five. In the adjacent room, you’ll find a full formal dining table for four additional guests to spread out. After dinner, make your way across the foyer to the billiards parlor and enjoy a game of eight ball with your guests.

The fully-appointed master suite offers a king bed to sink into and a flat-screen TV to enjoy. The patio door lets you access the hot tub and afterwards, you can retreat to the private ensuite bath with two vanities, a bidet, a jetted tub and oversized shower. The first guest suite is just across the hall and features a king bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bath.

The second guest suite is in the attached casita with its own separate entrance from the courtyard. The casita features a large sofa, flat screen TV and a wet bar with a mini fridge. The casita bedroom features two queen beds and its own ensuite bath.

Enjoy a game on the premier golf course, walk to Ernie’s Bar & Grill just down the street or enjoy the view of the 17th green from the cool waters of the private pool. PGA West Weiskopf Retreat is the perfect golf escape.

    We had a wonderful time at the PGA West Weiskopf Retreat. The home is very well located and maintained very well. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the pool/hot tub/ wood burning fire pit and the grill. Opulent provided excellent customer service from the time of booking to departure. 10/10 would recommend.

  • A real gem in the desert

    This property is absolutely stunning and is located on the 17th green of the Jack Nicklaus course in the gated community in PGA West. It is perfect for either a family or for 3 couples. The master bedroom is stunning with a huge master bath. The second bedroom has a queen and its own ensuite. The separate casita has 2 more double beds, its own ensuite as well as a living area. The house is an open plan with large living space and a huge kitchen that is very well equipped. We picked up holiday meals from Whole Foods nearby and had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner as well as Christmas Day turkey dinner. The kitchen has 2 ovens, a microwave, 5 burner gas stove, Cuisinart coffee maker as well as Keurig and Nespresso machines. The outdoor space has a beautiful outdoor dining area as well as BBQ, firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs in addition to the pool and the spa hot tub. We used the hot tub every day. The property even has grapefruit, orange and lemon trees around the side which were laden with fruit. Check in was a breeze - the concierge will meet you at the house with the keys and to show you around. The house came with absolutely everything - all you need is to buy food. We would highly recommend this property

  • Beautiful Home, Perfect Location & Awesome Customer Service

    Laura with Opulent Vacations is an excellent communicator. You can tell she knows the home / property through and through. We didn't have any issues with anything. She was very quick though to respond to any questions I had and was very friendly. The home/property was better than advertised and our entire experience was top notch.   • Awesome Stay in the Desert

    This property was as advertised. Neat main area with big glass wall that opens up to the pool/fire pit area. The host of the property was very helpful as we had our 8 month old son with us. She ensured that we had a high chair and transported a pack & play from another property to the residence. Our trip was seamless. Highly recommend.

    We loved the home. It was very clean, we spent a lot of time in the heated pool/hot tub, and the view overlooking the green was incredible. The communication was excellent and we really appreciate Lynn and Kristina were especially responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

    The home is very open and inviting perfect for a group of 6 to 8. The house manager was very responsive to the needs of our group. Beautiful golf course views and not far to the local markets to pick up what you may need. You can't go wrong with a stay at this beautiful home.
