Guests can arrive via the courtyard front entrance or the street-level, two-car garage making it easy to load groceries and gear from the garage into the bright upper-level bridge. The foyer opens to a stylish and comfortable great room with a wall of windows that fill the main living space with light. From the cozy sitting area, you have golf course and mountain views right through the bank of sliding glass doors to the back deck. Adjacent is the chef’s kitchen which has been outfitted with all the essentials, top-of-the-line finishes, and professional-grade Wolf & Sub Zero appliances. You can seat up to 3 at the breakfast bar and 8 more at the adjoining formal dining area.

During the winter months, you can drive to Park City Mountain Retreat or Deer Valley or head to the center of town to explore the shops, galleries, bars, and restaurants on historic Main Street - just a 5-minute drive away! After a day hiking, shopping, or skiing, head back home to BBQ a meal on the large deck to soak in the sun and mountain views.

  • Beautiful Contemporary Rental

    We rented this home during the Sundance Film Festival for a group. It is modern, bright and air, yet cozy and comfortable. There was nothing amiss from the fully stocked gourmet kitchen to the luxury linens, it was a home away from home for our Sundance attendees. Great access to gold and a short easy drive to all of the downtown festivities. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!
