Old Town Escape is the ideal home for a classic Park City vacation, offering easy access to Park City Mountain Resort and is just a two-minute walk from the shops, restaurants, & theaters on Historic Main Street. This beautiful fully-remodeled home can accommodate up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms all with private ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy two private hot tubs, an outdoor media area, a theater room, and multiple heated all-season balconies to entertain and relax alfresco.

The second floor opens into a spacious great room with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The living area features comfortable seating, two armchairs, and an elegant stone fireplace. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a beautiful contemporary dining table that can seat up to eight. The breakfast bar that divides the dining area from the kitchen can seat up to four more. The chef’s kitchen features a professional range with a griddle, a wine fridge, a coffee bar, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer.

The 5 cozy guest suites are located on levels 1, 3, and 4 and feature luxury linens, and are equipped with private ensuite baths. See the bedding section below for a full breakout of each bedroom.

This unique home is hemmed into the hill with sweeping down-valley views. The luxury living spaces, balconies, and bedrooms are spread across four floors providing plenty of areas to gather with your group and find some privacy. The lower-level media/theater room features a large flat-screen TV, a plush sectional, and an adjoining wet bar. Up on the main level (level 2) guests can gather for conversation in the great room living space or head to the family room to watch a show and light a fire in the hearth.

From level to level, there are multiple outdoor living spaces to choose from, all with professional heaters making it ideal for entertaining all year round. Watch a movie in the outdoor media area; Take a dip in the lower or top-level hot tubs, or take in the panoramic views as you grill up a meal on the top floor.
