Cloud Splitter Lodge is nestled high in the forested terrain among the pristine alpine slopes of the Canyons Resort in The Colony, an exclusive gated community. The home’s ski-in/ski-out access from multiple trails off the Dream Catcher lift make it ideally situated and easily accessible from The Canyons or Park City ski resorts. There are five bedrooms in the main house plus a large bunkroom and three bedrooms in the guest house all with en-suite bathrooms, which provide for privacy and a perfect place for a large family to thoroughly enjoy the ultimate in accommodations for their mountain vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen, which is sure to impress the epicureans in your group, is outfitted with professional appliances, including a dual Viking range, double refrigerators and ovens, Miele coffee machine, stone pizza oven and a 50” outdoor grill. In addition, there is a complete chef’s pantry. Dine at the breakfast bar, round breakfast table or enjoy a meal alfresco on the covered outdoor balcony overlooking the slopes.

You will find the impressive master suite on the main level in its own wing. It offers a luxurious king bed with redwood headboard, breathtaking fireplace, private sitting room, wet bar, coffee maker, large flat-screen TV, and a private deck with valley views. The en-suite master bath offers dual sinks and water closets, a bidet, a steam shower for two, and a freestanding oval granite soaking tub. The four other guest suites in the main house are equipped with luxurious king beds, TV’s, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. The fifth guest suite is the ultimate in bunkrooms, with two sets of full-size bunk beds with multiple televisions and an en-suite bathroom.

The stand-alone guest house, which is just steps away and is connected by a heated outdoor walkway to the main house, makes this home ideal for multiple families traveling together or for large gatherings. This private guest house offers a large living space with a fireplace, dining area and another fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The guest house also has three additional guest suites. The main level features a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bath. The lower level features a beautifully appointed master guest suite with a stone fireplace, king bed, TV and large bathroom with double sinks. There is an additional king bedroom with a TV and full bath on the lower level.
