Juniper Landing Penthouse is a 2,448-square foot townhome with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 adults and 8 children. The townhome features floor to ceiling windows in the living area, a beautiful fireplace for your enjoyment, and a modern mountain aesthetic. Cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen, or take in the beautiful view from one of the private decks.
The Master Suite features a cozy fireplace, King bed, large soaking tub, and a private deck. The first guest suite offers a queen bed and ensuite bath. You’ll find the same in the second guest suite, with a queen bed and ensuite bath. The custom bunk room features 4 twin bunk beds (8 twin beds total), a PlayStation 4 for entertainment, and an ensuite bath.
Juniper Landing Penthouse also features a washer and dryer for your use, as well as a private patio near the golf course for your convenience. Relax and enjoy the views! Or, if you’d prefer a bit of company, Juniper Landing’s courtyard features a Junior Olympic-sized outdoor pool, a fitness center with a hot tub and steam shower available in both the winter and summer months. Finally, for your convenience, Juniper Landing Penthouse features a boot dryer and 2-car garage, which is perfect for storing your vehicle and ski gear. Please note there is no parking outside of the garage.

Amazing Stay!
This place worked out perfectly for our family vacation. We were traveling with two families of four, plus the grandparents. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. The bunk room downstairs for the kids was awesome. The four kids loved that they each could choose between lower and upper bunks. They all ended up on the upper bunks, with no fighting over it! The grandparents stayed on the main level with the master suite, and the two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the parents of each family. This felt very spacious, and the place was decorated to make us feel totally at home and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!!

Great place for several families to share
We loved our stay. It is close enough to walk to the gondola to get up the mountain to ski. We checked our skis in valet each evening, so we were only carrying our boots back and forth each day. The layout was great for our 3 families and the kids all shared the bunk room which was spacious enough for 8 kids. There weren't any restaurants super close, but you could either ride the gondola up the mountain and take a short uber into town. The pool and the hot tub were great too!

Perfect
We stayed for 5 nights with two families. The rooms are far apart so you couldn't hear anything at night and beds were comfortable. There are 3 pools within close proximity and the water was warm. The exercise rooms were great with lots of space and equipment. It is about a 3 minute walk to the slopes for easy access. Garage holds two large cars without a problem. We had a sedan with a roofbox and it was no problem. For relaxation there is an outdoor are with a fireplace and BBQ right outside the kitchen and a balcony with comfortable swing chairs to relax in the afternoon. TV, accessories, kitchen, showers and everything else was top-notch. The management staff is easy to get a hold of and friendly. The only thing you have to worry about staying at this place is the weather. We had an amazing time.

We had a great time at the Juniper Landing Penthouse. It is in a great location with easy access to fun activities in park city. The house itself is really nice. Our kids had a great time in the 8-bunk room on the first floor!
