Parkite on Main: Three-Four features modern, designer furnishings and a large streamlined gourmet kitchen equipped with all the essentials. This luxurious 4-bedroom, 3 full and 1 half bath unit offers 2318 square feet of living space and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The main level master suite features a king bed, patio access, a fireplace, TV, and an ensuite bath. The remaining three guest rooms are located on the lower level. The junior master suite features a king bed, patio access, fireplace, TV and ensuite bath with a large vanity, shower and soaking tub. The third guest room offers two queen beds, patio access, a fireplace, and a TV. Finally, the fourth guest suite is furnished with a king bed, patio access, TV and ensuite bath.

Relax in the two large living spaces, sitting around the fire pit, or take a long soak in the private hot tub on the sunken-in patio. Parkite Three-Four offers all you need to impress and entertain your guests.

The Parkite on Main complex is perfect for those who want a vacation-home feel but still enjoy the amenities of traditional hotels. Parkite is a secure building, requiring key code access for its main entry and use of the elevators. Guests are given access to one parking space in the underground parking lot through a state-of-the-art private and secured tunnel via Swede Alley. The Parkite complex features a beautifully designed lobby which is staffed during the daytime and early evening. A fully-equipped fitness center and ski lockers are located just behind the lobby. A lounge and fireplace are in the lobby for your enjoyment before leaving for an evening out on the town. A communal rooftop deck is also available and features 2 separate fire pit lounges and 3 dining tables.

  • Incredible experience Staying at Parkite on Main Three-Four

    We just returned from an incredible experience at the Parkite on Main, Three-Four. It is located right in the heart of Old Town Park City close to excellent shopping and restaurants. We were there during the summer and found amazing hiking trails just behind and up the street from the Parkite Three-Four. The residence is beautifully appointed and has 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms are master bedroom suites. These rooms have fireplaces in them. Plus there is an additional half bathroom on the main floor. There is also a fold out queen size sofa which has easy access to a bathroom. One of the rooms has 2 queen beds in it, the master bedrooms each have king sized beds and the other room has a queen bed. The kitchen is lovely. There is an outdoor firepit on the top floor deck of the unit and a cozy spa on the lower level. Three-four is located up the street from Town Lift for easy access to skiing in Park City, and Deer Valley is just a 10 minute shuttle away. There are ski lockers for use as well as a gym in the building. It is right across the street from the Egyptian Theater. I would highly recommend staying here. We had so much fun, walking everywhere. It is a great, convenient, place to stay during ski season as well as during warmer times of the year.

    Parkite on Main was the perfect way to experience Park City. The property is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

  • Well appointed condo in the heart of Park City

    Enjoyed our stay in this modern condo with true four bedrooms. Concierge service was very helpful and loved that you could text them with questions. Check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier. We were steps from everything on Main Street, loved walking to dinner and shops, was a couple blocks to the ski lift but rented equipment next to the lift where they valeted skis, so was no big deal. The condo itself was clean, modern and had everything we needed - rooms were like a luxury hotel. The kitchen was well-appointed, complete with a crock-pot (a must on a ski vacation!). Never did we say: "wish we had a....... " Will definitely rent from Opulent Vacations again and would rent this same condo.
