This stunning luxury chalet offers slopeside living with 3 guest suites plus a media/bunk room, a modern mountain design, and boasts rustic reclaimed timber, stonework, exposed ceilings, and exquisite hardwood floors.
The open great room has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountains and slopes. Featuring thoughtful modern interiors, lighting, and space, this retreat captures the environment and secluded surroundings found in The Colony. The open, fully equipped kitchen provides extra seating arrangements with a breakfast bar, while the formal dining area offers room to gather. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room and watch the snow fall, or, entertain downstairs in the media room.
Offering three spacious suites and bunk beds in the media room, Retreat at the Colony comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. The master king suite offers an ensuite bathroom, fireplace, and desk for total seclusion and comfort. The second guest suite also offers a king bed and ensuite, while the third guest suite offers a queen bed and a Jack and Jill bathroom in the hall. With four queen bunk beds in the media room, there is plenty of room for a large group. The media room features a wet bar, large flat-screen TV, and fireplace.
The luxury amenities abound at the Retreat at the Colony. After a long day out on the slopes or hiking retreat to the private outdoor hot tub. Take advantage of the barbecue and outdoor dining area on the patio, or cozy up by the fire pit with your family and friends.
With ski-in/ski-out and direct access to the Lazy Day ski run at Park City Mountain Resort, this is truly the ultimate location in The Colony.

Amazing Stay
The Retreat at the Colony lived up to its name. We spent a week relaxing in an amazing home nestled near a mountain top. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, skiing and star gazing. What an amazing retreat. We’ll be back!
