Sunnyside Home– luxury designed to accommodate larger groups and families. This spectacular home is conveniently located in Park City with stunning views of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. The home offers five bedroom suites, five full plus one half bathrooms, and expands over 5,000 square feet of luxury living spaces.
Designed by one of the top architects in the country, Sunnyside residence has impeccable strategies of interior spaces and architectural elements. Relish in the amazing views from the private outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing.
The main living area boasts an open floor plan, making the home perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The large rock fireplace is warm and inviting, and the expansive bank of windows opens views of the gorgeous mountain forests. A large deck is accessed from the great room and offers a gas BBQ grill and epic mountain views. A massive open chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with top of the line appliances, a farmhouse sink, and Caesarstone islands and counters. The formal dining room seats up to eight or nine people, with additional seating at the breakfast bar and nook.
Relax and unwind in the large welcoming master suite which offers a warm crackling fireplace and a cozy king size bed. The master bathroom is spacious and offers a deep-soaking jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. All guest suite bathrooms are fitted with custom-tile designed oversized showers. While the bunkroom shower features a steam shower, perfect to relax after a long day on the slopes.
The house also features a plaza level game room with a billiards table, kitchenette in guest suite, X Box game console, Xfinity 1 Premier package on all TVs, Wireless internet, and a bonus room of the garage for the kids to enjoy!

Spacious, great location and very nice for a large group
We had three families and there was lots of room for everyone. The multiple decks with great views, hot tub and kitchen were very nice! There are hiking and mountain biking trails just up the road and it's an easy walk to main Street. The kitchen was stocked and there were even a lot of towels for the hot tub. Each bedroom had a private, spacious bathroom. The place was nice and cool in the hot summer and had a nice garage and parking area for multiple cars. The driveway is a bit steep but that looks to be normal for the area. Finally, there is a little loft room right off the entrance from the garage that is not advertised in the listing and the kids really loved that space!

Great place to stay for a large group
Excellent ski trip. The accommodations were perfect. Accurate description provided online. Free shuttle is a one minute walk from the home. You can access the ski hill worry free.

Very close to mountain, lots of beds.
Very convenient location, good mix of rooms, big closets, awesome living room and kitchen. 3 car garage. Everything was great.

Loved It
Excellent location and accommodations. The driveway provides a thrill backing in/out. Everything you need for a getaway. Our vacation was for a family gathering and we easily had room for all the kids, adults and couples. Would highly recommend.

5 star property!!
We rent a lot of homes for holidays and specail family get togethers... sunnyside property has been one of our favorites so far! The owners were amazing to work with us on what we needed... check in and check out was a breeze, the property is fully stocked, it has amazing views and plenty of room to spread out, also in a great location, close to town! Every room has its own private bathroom which is hard to find. The property is clean and cozy! We will be staying here again! Thanks for sharing ur lovely cabin home, my family was super impressed with everything you had to offer! Happy Thanksgiving!

House was perfect for our group
Opulent was able to accommodate our early check-in request. Home was very clean and larger than what we were expecting for our group of 13. Billiards room was a nice plus. Ski racks and boot warmers in the garage, poker chips and cards/games were also provided along with plenty of extra blankets and linens. The home exceeded our expectations. The views were unimpeded and very nice.

Park city stay
We stayed at an Opulant property on Sunnyside just off of downtown. The property was great with lots of room. Beds for 18 and plenty of room for more. We had ages from 60’s to 4 years old and all were accommodated well. Check in and out was very easy and information prior to our trip was very helpful in preparing for out trip. We certainly would use Opulant again for a stay

Sunnyside Ski Trip Stay
Eleven of us stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights. The house is in an excellent location and also has a wonderful floor plan. The house allows for together activities as well as space to spread out and have private time. Every bedroom has a beautiful bathroom attached. The property tablet was very helpful with explanations on how to work everything in the house. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you might need and then some. The house is located between Park City and Deer Valley ski areas and is very close to both. You can jump on the tram service at the bottom of the street and it never takes more than 5 minutes to wait for the next bus. I would recommend having a car for grocery runs etc. But mostly the tram service is easiest for moving our large group.
