White Oak Haven is a stunning alpine retreat located in Solamere, a luxury home subdivision in Lower Deer Valley. The home is only minutes to Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain ski lifts, and Park City's Old Town, as well as the world-class restaurants and charming stores of Historic Main Street. From its professionally designed interiors, to its picturesque setting of Deer Valley and surrounding mountains, this magnificent haven is the perfect setting for a family looking to reconnect, or for groups on a retreat. The residence accommodates 16 guests over three levels and is spread out over 7,000 square feet of luxury living space. This beautiful private home is comprised of five en-suite bedrooms, with five full baths and two half baths, and several fireplaces to enjoy with friends and family.
The incredible, elevated outdoor views of Deer Valley ski runs and surrounding mountains are supplemented with an outdoor cooking space, including a BBQ and private hot tub to soak in. For those seeking an indoor workout, there is a separate work-out area with Nordic Track Treadmill, Nordic Bike, and TV, and the generous office is perfect for the executive on vacation. The home also features a spacious home theater room with a projection screen that would make anyone want to sit and relax. A combined living, dining and kitchen area occupies the entire entry-level floor. Comfortable sofas in the great room surround a large gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with high-end appliances, and plenty of food-prep stations to help create a delicious meal. There is a beautiful wood-hewn dining table for ten people. In addition, there is granite countertop bar seating for ten surrounding the gourmet kitchen, where guests can gather to discuss the day's adventures. The grand master en-suite occupies the entire third floor. With vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, private balcony, cozy sitting area, and a flat-screen TV, this suite is an added haven at the end of a big day of skiing, hiking, or another of the multitude of activities available around the area. The master suite also features a huge private bathroom with an over-sized jetted tub and a steam shower.
Other highlights include; elevator, additional lower level kitchenette, several fireplaces, two dishwashers, three refrigerators/freezers, billiards table, separate exercise room, brand new sauna room, decks, outdoor furniture, a large heated driveway, and a two car garage.

This was a great home in an excellent location. The house was clean, had a good floorplan, and was really comfortable, and the neighborhood was great. The management company did a great job and was very responsive. We had a great experience there.

Great home, with every imaginable amenity. Opulent was very easy to work with. Note that you are driving to almost anything, but most of Park City and the resorts are within 10 minutes.

Truly a haven in a hectic world
Three generations of our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week at White Oak Haven in Deer Valley. The house is spacious enough for a large group, yet feels like "home" as soon as you walk in the door. The kitchen is large enough for three or even four to be working on food and drinks at the same time and is central to the open concept mail level. At one point, a simultaneous pool game, card game, Jenga championship, and football watching marathon were going on while cocktails were being mixed and appetizers, salads, and entrees (both traditional and vegan!) were being prepared on the six-burner stove, two ovens, and microwave. Oh, and did I mention, with 3 refrigerators and a huge pantry, stashing groceries for a week for our hungry mob was not an issue. With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, an exercise room, and theater room, as well as a sauna and hot tub, there were plenty of retreats when anyone needed a break from the crowd. The office provided a quiet space where my daughter could work on the days she needed to, and my son could focus on writing a few more chapters of his new novel. The upstairs Master suite was a sanctuary for my wife and I, sound-proof enough that we could nod off to sleep at a reasonable(ish!) hour while kids, cousins, and grandkids continued to catch up on everything that happened in the too-long Covid era since they were last able to laugh, cry, and share time together. The house is minutes from everything Park City has to offer for those looking for shopping, dining, or "urban" activities, and literally steps away from hiking trails that range from an easy stroll to a challenging workout. Deer and wild turkeys wandered through the yard every day, bringing extra life to the stunning views from every window. It's hard to imagine a finer place to gather and enjoy life.

NYE week
Hi we had a wonderful week at the white oak haven deer Valley home. The home had a nice layout for our large group and the kitchen was huge and fun to cook in. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. There were also a bunch of spices in the cabinet which we appreciated. The driveway was heated so our cars made it up and down quite easily. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were very nice. Management was very attentive and brought us a few extra things that we requested during the week. The home has a huge master suite which is private on the top floor. The other bedrooms are all more equal in size on the lower level. The neighborhood is beautiful we enjoyed long walks strolling around and viewed wild turkeys run through the neighborhood.

Wonderful Home!
White Oak Haven in Deer Valley is a fantastic vacation home. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of room and spent most of our time on the main level visiting with each other, playing pool, cooking meals and watching sports. This place is amazing and it is more than accommodating for large groups like ours. It is ideally located close to both Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts as well as Park City Main Street. The home has everything and everything works perfectly. The beds are really comfortable and the furniture in the home is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be returning in the future. A large group of 14 highly recommends the White Oak Haven home for your next stay in Park City.

Family Wedding and Ski Vacation
My daughter got married at the Montage in Deer Valley and we rented this beautiful house to enjoy the wedding and a family ski vacation. I loved the very private master suite, exclusively on the third floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the large, open main floor with the living room, kitchen and pantry flanked by two half baths, a study and small exercise room as well as the billiard area and laundry room with convenient access to the outdoor grill and jacuzzi. Great space to relax with family. My children, their spouses, my grandchildren and a nanny enjoyed the downstairs bedrooms with en-suite baths, the extra refrigerator, sink and dining area as well as the media and sauna rooms on the lower level. The management team did a nice job of making check in and out easy and responded quickly to requests. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

An extended family vacation in Park City!
Opulent Vacations did a wonderful job with attention to every detail, arranging this weeklong stay for 16 of us. What a spacious and beautiful home! All the grandkids and the rest of us enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, Mountain View’s, and moose right out our front door. The huge gourmet kitchen enabled several family dinner extravaganzas.
