What is Savor the Summit?
Every June colorful and elegantly adorned dining tables line Historic Main Street. Restaurants from Park City and Salt Lake gather to share an evening celebrating culinary creativity and community with the state’s largest dinner party! Each year over 2,500 guests will sit at the “grand table” to be served by 20 of the area’s best epicureans. Every restaurant provides a different experience with a unique food and drink menu.
To the sound of live local bands, clinking glasses, laughter, and conversation, guests can watch the sunset on Historic Main Street and enjoy course after course prepared by the area’s most respected chefs. You can choose an old favorite dining spot or use this as an opportunity to select a cuisine or restaurant that you have never tried.
