Day 1: Travel Belize, Cayo District: Settle in & Enjoy a Dip in the Private Pool
We all know that the first and last day of any trip is the most travel laden. So, why not cut down on your travel times? From the airport, charter a 30-minute helicopter to Cayo district and spend two nights in tropical seclusion at Grey Fox Ridgeline Retreat. This estate is located at the heart of inland Belize and places you at the doorstep of one of the country’s favorite National Parks.
On the first day of your trip, stay on the grounds of Grey Fox and settle into a relaxed vacation pace. Coordinate with our concierge to have groceries and bar essentials delivered to the property before your arrival. That evening, enjoy a dip in the private pool and BBQ a fuss-free meal in the large outdoor kitchen.

Day 2: Travel Belize, Cayo District: Take a Tour Through the Lush Tropical Rainforest
Head out for some adventure in Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Your concierge can schedule a guided tour. Float the river cave systems, zipline through the forest canopy, or hike through the lush tropical jungle. After your guided tour, be sure to hit up as many of these stunning natural attractions as possible: The Rio On Pools, Big Rock Falls, or the 1000 ft. Waterfalls. With free ground transportation included with your rental, you can spend all day exploring the preserve and then catch a ride back to Grey Fox.
Along with free ground transportation, this stay also includes one meal prepared by a personal chef. After a day exploring, relax in the private pool while dinner is prepared for you.

Day 3: Travel Belize, Placencia: Head to the Coast!
It’s time to head for the coast! Charter a helicopter ride from Cayo district to Placencia or enjoy a 3-hour scenic drive. Head to Villa Tramonto, a quiet home located in a private gated community north of the bustling beaches at the tip of the peninsula. This stunning home has a view of the quiet waters on the landward side of the cape. Placencia is a vibrant beach community with easy access to the Belize barrier reef and the Great Blue Hole. This first day, have your concierge deliver groceries and bar essentials to the home. Be sure to rent a golf cart for the remainder of your trip.
Spend your first day in Placencia exploring the beach, pool, and hot tubs at Placencia Resort, just a one minute walk or quick golf cart ride away. Stroll the exclusive beach, swim in the pool, visit the spa, and enjoy a cocktail from one of the many resort bars. Be sure to make it home in time to grill dinner and enjoy the sunset from the expansive covered patio at Villa Tramonto.

Day 4: Travel Belize, Placencia: Charter a Boat & Island Hop!
The crystal blue water is calling! Charter a private boat with a captain and enjoy a full day out on the water. Deep-sea fish and have a beach BBQ to cook your catch. Boat to the Belize Barrier Reef to snorkel, then find a private island to enjoy lunch. There’s so much to explore just off the coast of Placencia. Be sure to pack sunscreen and the camera!

Day 5: Travel Belize, Placencia: Stroll the Shops, Bars &, Restaurants on the Boardwalk
Down at the tip of the cape is the vibrant boardwalk “Main Street.” Spend a day meandering from the quaint beach shops and stands that line the beach. Stop for lunch at 1981 for refined Belizean cuisine with a focus on fresh seasonal ingredients. After, stroll over to the Barefoot Bar – a favorite local haunt – for a laid-back cocktail with a stunning ocean view. Placencia is known for its lazy-pace and exuberant locals. Take in the culture, art, and cuisine that define this friendly peninsula.

Day 6: Travel Belize, Placencia: Kayak
Take advantage of the incredible location at Villa Tramonto. This home faces the tranquil waters on the land-facing side of the cape. Rent kayaks for your group and spend a day exploring the lush mangrove-lined lagoons and unique fishing holes that wind along the water’s edge.

Day 7: Travel Belize, Placencia: Relax!
It’s your last day in this stunning, tropical beach-escape, so, get in as much R&R as you can. Spend a morning on the exclusive beach at the Placencia Resort; dip your toes in the sand and wade in the crystal-clear water. After lunch at one of the resorts many restaurants, head back to your rental for a private in-home massage. Your concierge can help schedule and coordinate for the entire group. After, enjoy the game room and stunning grounds at Villa Tramonto with your friends or family as a private chef prepares an authentic Belizean feast.
